This Privacy Policy applies to all websites and digital services operated by StrayArc LLC (Wyoming LLC), including:

Information We Collect

When you submit a form on any StrayArc LLC site we collect: your name, email address, phone number (if provided), the type of inquiry, and any message you provide. We log IP addresses and browser user-agents for security purposes. Email addresses submitted for notifications are stored only for that purpose.

New Life Tech (IT Support)

Remote support sessions may involve temporary access to your device to perform the requested service. No personal files are accessed beyond what is necessary to complete the support task. Session activity is not recorded or retained beyond the support engagement.

Phoenix of Hope (Remodeling & Installs)

Service estimates and job documentation may include photos of your property. These photos are used only for project documentation, insurance-related records, and proof of work. They are stored on StrayArc's private on-premises infrastructure and are not shared with third parties except as required to support an insurance claim at your direction.

Rise Campaign (Fundraising)

Donation-related data (name, amount, contact info) is processed through third-party payment platforms (Cash App, Venmo, PayPal, GoFundMe) subject to their respective privacy policies. StrayArc LLC retains donor contact information only to communicate campaign updates as described in the donation flow.

How We Use It

We use submitted information solely to respond to your inquiry, fulfill your service request, and maintain records of business communications. We do not use your information for advertising, analytics resale, or third-party marketing of any kind.

Data Storage

All submitted data is stored on StrayArc's private on-premises infrastructure in Tulsa, Oklahoma. We do not use third-party CRM, marketing automation, or cloud database services to store your inquiry data. Email notifications may be routed through a transactional email relay (SMTP) solely for delivery purposes.

Evidence Submissions

Do not submit confidential legal files, evidence, or sensitive documents through contact forms. After inquiry review, StrayArc provides secure intake instructions for document work. Submitted files are treated as confidential and stored only on private infrastructure.

Cookies

StrayArc LLC sites do not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or analytics cookies. Cloudflare may set a security cookie (__cf_bm) as part of its bot-management service. We do not control or access Cloudflare's security infrastructure data.

Third Parties

All StrayArc LLC sites are delivered through Cloudflare's network. Cloudflare processes request headers and IP addresses as part of routing and security. We do not share your inquiry or client data with any other third parties except: (1) payment processors at your direction for Rise Campaign donations, and (2) as required by law.

Your Rights

You may request deletion of any data you submitted by emailing [email protected]. We will confirm deletion within 30 days.
