Evidence Intelligence Services (StrayArc IT)
StrayArc's Evidence Intelligence services are limited to document organization, file inventory, hash manifesting, chronology support, claim-to-proof mapping, and litigation-support preparation with human review checkpoints. StrayArc does not provide legal advice, legal representation, or substitute for licensed legal professionals.
Managed IT & Remote Support (New Life Tech)
New Life Tech provides remote and on-site IT support services. Services are rendered as described in individual service agreements. StrayArc LLC is not liable for data loss resulting from pre-existing conditions, hardware failure, or third-party software. Clients are advised to maintain independent backups of all important data.
Remodeling & Physical Installs (Phoenix of Hope)
Phoenix of Hope provides remodeling, repair, and technology installation services. Pricing estimates are not binding contracts unless confirmed in a written work order signed by both parties. Photographs and documentation provided during projects are for client records and insurance purposes. Phoenix of Hope is not a licensed general contractor for projects requiring Oklahoma contractor licensure above applicable exemption thresholds — clients are responsible for verifying permit and licensure requirements for their specific project scope.
Crowdfunding & Fundraising (Rise Campaign)
The Rise Campaign is a community fundraising initiative. Donations are voluntary contributions to StrayArc LLC. Donations are not tax-deductible charitable contributions unless a qualified 501(c)(3) receives the funds. StrayArc LLC will communicate use of funds as described in campaign materials.
Intellectual Property
All content on StrayArc LLC websites — including text, design, frameworks, and methodology descriptions — is the intellectual property of StrayArc LLC. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.
Limitation of Liability
StrayArc LLC's liability to any party is limited to the amount actually paid for services rendered, if any. StrayArc LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind across any service brand or website.
Governing Law
